Project Manager - #1622

Core responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination for Canary setup
   a. Coordinate the sequencing of the 7-application rollout within the scheduled timeline.
   b. Schedule and facilitate project meetings — kick-off, recurring status syncs, stakeholder updates.

2. Tracking & Reporting of Canary project
   a. Track progress against the deliverables timeline and report status.
   b. Maintain a robust and transparent change ticket tracking process throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Governance of Canary project
   a. Manage approvals and sign-offs at each phase gate (UAT completion, PRD ticket raised, PRD go-live).
   b. Escalate blockers (e.g., a stuck approval) to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
a. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
b. Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in hands-on IT project delivery experience.

Measures of Success
a. On-time delivery: Projects are delivered within the agreed schedule, with variances explained and managed proactively.
b. Budget adherence: Projects are completed within approved budgets, with cost variances kept
