Admin Assistant (West, Migrant Worker Settings) #HRY

📍 Location: Gul Drive (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

💼 Job Scope:

• Registration of patients using MS Office systems (high volume: 100+ patients)

• General administrative duties

• Support operations at migrant worker medical centres

⏰ Working Hours

(rostered, cannot choose, 44hrs per week):

Weekdays:

• AM: 9am – 5.30pm

• PM: 12pm – 9pm

• Full Shift: 9am – 9pm

Weekends:

• PM: 1pm – 9pm

💰 Salary:

$13/hr (Weekdays)

$15/hr (Weekends)

Attendance Incentive: +$180/month (subject to eligibility)

✅ Requirements:

• Able to commit long-term (min. 6 months)

• Comfortable rotating between different centres

• Able to work 4–5 days per week (including weekends)

• Able to complete 44 hours/week (including pre & post PH if rostered)

• Basic MS Office skills (for patient registration)

• Prior clinic / hospital / healthcare experience preferred

📌 Additional Info:

1 week OJT required (no breaks in between)
