Warehouse Manager (Electronic Manufacturing)

About the Role:

Our client are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, kitting, shipment and inventory management to support production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse team to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, kitting and shipment activities according to production plans.
• Manage inventory controls and minimise stock discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate maintenance and reconciliation of SAP records and physical stock.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, 5S and store organisation.
• Coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance with the Facilities team.
• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular warehouse operation reports and ensure proper delivery documentation.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well across teams

Other Details:

• Location: Tampines
• Remuneration: Basic salary with AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
