• Salary: Basic + Commission

• Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers.
• Match employers with helper profiles and manage the sales process.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and helpers.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
• Training provided.
• Sales-driven role with performance targets.

Requirements:

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with good service attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Patient and compassionate towards helpers.
• Willing to work on weekends
• Candidates with or without CEI Basic/KAH certification may apply.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.
• Open to all candidates who are legally eligible to work in Singapore.
