CLERK – WINDOWS & DOORS HARDWARE TRADE

Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500/month
Location: Singapore
Industry: Aluminium Windows & Doors

We are looking for a responsible and organised Clerk to join our team in the aluminium windows and doors industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties

• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents

• Update sales orders, project records and customer information

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams

• Assist with scheduling of site measurements, deliveries and installations

• Maintain proper filing of project and administrative documents

• Perform data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant clerical/admin experience

• Experience in aluminium windows, doors, renovation or construction industry will be an advantage

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel

• Good organisational and communication skills

• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks

• Careful, responsible and detail-oriented

• Candidates with no industry experience but with strong administrative skills may also be considered
