Working Hours
• 8.00am–5.30pm OR
• 8.30am–6.00pm OR
• 9.00am–6.30pm

Key Responsibilities
• Handle general administrative and logistics support duties
• Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments
• Check and maintain shipment permits, airway bills and bills of lading
• Ensure shipping documents are aligned with sales / commercial invoices
• Scan, organise and maintain electronic shipment records
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure documentation is accurate and complete
• Work with Finance on reporting and documentation for Singapore Customs
• Upload and process freight forwarder payments
• Perform information matching and reconciliation across ERP systems
• Support Purchase Order and Customer Order reconciliation
• Assist with store / material handling activities where required
