Retail / Senior Assistant

Location: Orchard
Working Days: 5 days/week, rotating shifts
Salary: $2,500–$2,600 Basic + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing and recommendations.
• Introduce products and promote ongoing promotions to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions when required.
• Replenish stocks and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall visual presentation.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock count and inventory duties.
• Perform other retail duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Retail experience preferred; fashion/apparel experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates without fashion retail experience but with good customer service experience may be considered.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
