COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Liaise effectively between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for accurate tracking
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely availability of resources on site to prevent delays
• Plan work sequences and resolve site-related issues to maintain workflow continuity
• Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in collaboration with the finance team to control budget
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes to maintain site safety and legal standards
• Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders for project transparency
• Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to facilitate project progress
• Identify potential delays or risks and promptly report them to management for timely mitigation

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in any field
• Experience in a related field
• Willingness to work alternative shifts based on site schedule to support project needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
