MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to achieve business growth objectives.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and sector changes.

Identify potential markets, key customers, and relevant industry sectors for targeted marketing.

Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Organize and participate in industry events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Collect and analyze client feedback to refine service offerings and improve customer satisfaction

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project updates

Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance metrics

Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, budget status, and outcomes for senior management review

Develop partnerships with industry bodies, suppliers, and companies to expand the company’s network and market reach

Negotiate co-marketing agreements and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with industry stakeholders

Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure they have the skills and resources to execute strategies effectively

Provide operational support to the Commercial and Billing departments as needed

Assist the General Manager with ad-hoc duties and deliverables as required

Execute additional tasks assigned by Senior Management or General Managers.
Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies,channels, and branding.

Superb ommunication, and collaborationabilities.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organizationalabilities.
