Customer/ Client Service Executive TRAINING PROVIDED #HJN

Duties:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for enquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requests, new programmes and project implementations.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment and incoming stock to ensure sufficient supply.
• Prepare inventory, KPI and operational reports for monthly reviews.
• Analyse stock, demand and supply data to identify gaps and support improvement plans.
• Assist with forecasting and supply planning to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Monitor slow-moving and excess stock and support inventory control activities.
• Use ERP systems and Excel to manage material/SKU records and operational data.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related disciplines.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and working with data.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
