Customer Service Associate (Giordano Ladies)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our Giordano Ladies Wear team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their fashion selections, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

The role involves understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable ladies’ apparel, and supporting daily store operations. You will also assist with stock replenishment, cashiering, visual merchandising, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, enjoy interacting with customers, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Description

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to walk-in customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable ladies’ apparel, sizes, colour and styles.
• Promote products through upselling and cross-selling to support sales targets.
• Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly arranged and displayed.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks and stock transfers when required
• Handle cashiering duties, including payment transactions and issuing receipts.
• Assist in shifting store displays and setup visual merchandising merchandising.
• Ensure the shop floor, fitting rooms and cashier area are clean, organised and presentable.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Work closely with the Shop-in-Charge and team members to ensure smooth daily operation
• Support promotions, new product launches and other retail campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or ITE qualification
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts
• Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented
• Working locations at Suntec City / Wisma-Atria or Raffles City
