BIM Technician (Architectural)

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed Revit models to support architectural design and project requirements
• Update BIM models to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations, maintaining accuracy and quality
• Assist in coordinating BIM tasks and detailing to enable seamless project execution
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of office BIM standards and procedures
• Collaborate effectively within project teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Archicad, and AutoCAD software
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
