Outsystems Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise web applications using OutSystems 11 / OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Build secure, scalable and reusable OutSystems solutions, including Reactive Web Apps, service modules, APIs and integrations.
• Develop and enhance applications supporting legal document automation, document bundling, productivity tools and AI/LLM use cases, including AWS Bedrock integrations.
• Integrate OutSystems with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, enterprise databases, AWS services and internal systems via REST APIs and secure authentication.
• Support O11 to ODC migration, including application assessment, remediation, testing and deployment.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues and manage application releases and platform environments.
• Conduct technical reviews, mentor junior developers and work with vendors/implementation partners.
• Ensure solutions meet security, IM8, architecture, accessibility, audit logging and data governance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• 7+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience, preferably with OutSystems 11 and/or ODC.
• Strong experience with Reactive Web Apps, Server/Client Actions, REST APIs, integrations, SQL, security and reusable components.
• Experience with OutSystems Service Center, LifeTime, deployment, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Experience delivering enterprise low-code applications and working with Agile/Product teams, architects and implementation partners.
• Experience with AI/LLM, AWS Bedrock or legal/document-related solutions is advantageous.
• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification or equivalent hands-on experience required. Professional Developer / Tech Lead certification is a plus.
