Chef / Kitchen Assistant | Basic $4,000 | Central Singapore

💰 Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000
📍 Location: Chinatown / Raffles
🚇 Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from MRT

⏰ Working Hours

• 6 days per week

• 10 hours per day

• Shift timing will be arranged according to the restaurant’s schedule

👨‍🍳 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen

• Strong knowledge and skills in Chinese cuisine

• Proficient in wok cooking

• Familiar with steaming, boiling, braising, and other Chinese cooking methods

• Experienced in preparing various types of Chinese dishes.

• Able to independently handle daily kitchen cooking operations

• Good awareness of kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Responsible and able to adapt to the fast-paced F&B environment
  

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes for the restaurant’s daily operations

• Prepare ingredients and cook according to the menu and food standards

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the required standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas

• Work closely with the kitchen team to support daily operations
