Monday to Friday: (Must be open to below timing) CANNOT CHOOSE

First shift: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Second shift: 9am to 6pm

Third shift: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Manage incoming calls, transfer calls and relay messages to the appropriate parties.

Welcome and assist visitors, guests and staff with a professional and friendly approach.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and related documentation.

Coordinate meeting room, conference and video conferencing arrangements.

Support office facilities requests and liaise with building maintenance for repairs or servicing.

Assist with meeting and event setup, including catering, meals, tables and chairs.

Maintain pantry, dining and meeting room supplies and inventory records.

Operate and maintain basic meeting room, kitchen and office equipment.

Update telephone directories and other office records as required.

Monitor office activities and respond proactively to operational needs.

Support occasional weekend events or meetings when required.
