Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate deviation evaluations with the deviations owners
Facilitate root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting efforts
Drive accountability of actions and follow-up
Validate root causes are supported by data
Maintain documentation for excursions
Help to resolve roadblocks and provide guidance for deviation questions
Identify deviation detection deficiency and drive for early detection
Manage global and internal lessons learned systems
Improve cross-area event response methods and procedures
Communicate and translate corporate Quality goals
Publish excursion performance to management
Facilitate excursion review meetings
Develop and Enhance Quality knowledge through Workshops and Tutorial
Promote Quality Culture through Quality Campaign, quizzes, competitions and engagement program
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proven skills in team building between different departments
Demonstrated capability in managing and prioritizing projects
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to analyze and report data in order to drive improvement efforts
Ability to facilitate meetings and achieve cross area engagement
Ability to train team members both in a classroom setting and individually
Experience with problem solving methodologies such as Kepner-Tregoe, FMEA, 8D, or 5 whys is preferable
Familiarity with Semiconductor process flow, manufacturing flow, product testing, and quality and deviation management systems is preferable
Familiarity with Process control solutions including experience evaluating and understanding SPC is preferable
Leadership capabilities and proven experience in project/program management are advantageous.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
