Sales Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing support to the Sales Team for new products and services.

• Assist in preparing quotations and other sales-related documents for customers.

• Follow up on ongoing projects and coordinate with relevant internal teams.

• Process project orders, including issuing invoices and delivery orders.

• Check, monitor and maintain inventory levels to support order fulfilment.

• Liaise with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules and arrangements.

• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Handle purchasing and procurement activities related to customer orders.

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level or Diploma, preferably in Engineering or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in sales support, sales administration, order processing or a related role.

• Independent, well-organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and a fast learner.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Experience with SAGE, ACCPAC, KingDee, Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB will be an added advantage.
