Customer Service Officer (Insurance) (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and financial advisor enquiries, requests and feedback across phone, email and in-person channels.
• Assist customers with the use of company portals and mobile applications.
• Manage and follow up on service requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle escalated enquiries from junior team members and outsourced contact centre staff.
• Make outbound calls to welcome new customers and follow up with existing customers.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with service standards, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with departmental administration, workflow improvements and other projects as assigned.
