Insurance Operations Executive (6 Months Contract) #NKC

Coordinate investment-linked policy operations, including fund switches, top-ups and partial withdrawals.

Follow up on failed transactions and processing delays with relevant internal teams.

Handle enquiries from financial representatives and liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues.

Coordinate with underwriting teams on medical and financial underwriting requirements.

Follow up on policy applications and outstanding underwriting matters.

Coordinate claims escalations involving death, disability and critical illness.

Liaise with actuarial teams on special quotation requests.

Monitor pending policy cases and coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate timely resolution and closure.
