AI Ops engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Splunk and observability tools.
• Perform real-time incident investigation, SPL-based log analysis, event correlation, and root cause analysis.
• Implement ML-based anomaly detection and predictive analytics for proactive incident management.
• Integrate ServiceNow CMDB with Splunk to synchronize Configuration Items (CIs) and service dependencies.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Linux to improve monitoring and operational efficiency.
• Apply ITIL practices to enhance incident management and service reliability.

Experience and Skills Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Enterprise, SPL, and observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CI relationships, and service mapping.
• Experience with Python, Linux scripting, event management, and log analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of ITIL, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
