MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring aligned messaging. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative briefs and direct creative teams to produce advertising and communication materials that meet campaign objectives across print, digital, and video channels
• Conceptualize and execute integrated multichannel campaigns targeting prospects and customers to ensure consistent and aligned messaging
• Manage and update content across customer-facing and internal platforms to maintain relevance and engagement
• Establish and monitor budget guidelines to ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Participate in events to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence
• Document business processes to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing
• Provide sales support by delivering marketing materials and insights that aid customer engagement
• Collect and analyze customer and market data to inform targeted outreach strategies, increase conversion rates, and generate qualified leads

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Proficiency in developing and implementing online marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Established contacts in media to facilitate campaign promotion and partnerships
