Job Scope

• Plan, coordinate and supervise engineering and maintenance works.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, method statements and work schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs and deadlines.
• Attend to technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities where applicable.
• Prepare quotations, material specifications and technical submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant engineering experience, preferably in facilities management, building services or maintenance.
• Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards and safety requirements.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or relevant engineering software is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications or licences will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and respond to operational requirements when necessary.
