Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards and material proposals based on clients’ needs and budgets.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, detailed carpentry drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Present design proposals and advise clients on materials, finishes, furniture and fittings.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure accurate execution of the approved design.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project timelines, design revisions and budgets.
• Guide junior designers and review their work to maintain design quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software such as Enscape.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, construction detailing and renovation processes.
• Good communication, presentation and project coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Singapore renovation practices and relevant submission requirements is an advantage.
