Stage Manager

Plan, coordinate and oversee the smooth running of stage productions and live events.

Coordinate rehearsals, performances, stage crew and technical teams.

Prepare and manage stage schedules, production timelines and daily call sheets.

Liaise with performers, directors, production staff, lighting, sound and other technical teams.

Supervise stage setup, props, equipment and backstage operations.

Ensure all stage activities follow the approved production schedule and safety requirements.

Coordinate scene changes, cues and transitions during live performances.

Monitor and resolve operational issues during rehearsals and performances.

Maintain production records and coordinate post-event arrangements.

Perform other duties related to stage and event production as assigned.
