Job Summary

Conduct property valuations and inspections independently while collaborating effectively with team members to deliver accurate and timely appraisal reports for various property types.

Responsibilities

• Perform property indications, inspections, and formal valuations for commercial, residential, and specialised properties to support financial and development decisions
• Communicate valuation findings clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats to stakeholders
• Manage valuation assignments independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SISV and industry standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service aligned with company objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification

• Work schedule: 5.5-day work week; Saturday work subject to management requests
