VIDEO EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

The ideal candidate will be passionate on supporting our digital advertising assets and ensuring optimal up-time. He/she is result-orientated with possess strong hands-on experience. He/she is inquisitive about how things work and eager to learn. Comfortable with troubleshooting remotely or travelling on-site as required.

Job Scope

Operational

• Support day-to-day Digital Operation, which includes standby after office hour
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular health check on digital assets
• Maintain up-to-date digital assets inventory
• Monitor asset trend uptime and operational functionality

Processes and Coordination

• Participate in projects to install new/upgrade digital display
• Communication of service level compliance across departments include global support

Efficiency, Compliance, and Improvement

• Ensure service level compliance
• Drive continuous improvement to improve assets uptime and operational efficiency
• Prepare assets data comparison on a monthly basis
• Develop digital maintenance technical documentation and implement standard operation procedure (SOP)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering
• 5 years of experience in Audio-Visual installation and troubleshooting
• Some experience in the any of the following area:
• Computer Hardware
• Display (LCD/LED screens, Video Controllers, Decoder, Encoder, etc.)
• Fluent English speaking
• Able to work under stress and able to multi-task
