Examination Invigilator (Part-Time)

Work Work Pte Ltd is looking for part-time Invigilators to support the secure and fair conduct of our examinations. Assignments are offered on an ad-hoc basis, with no minimum hours required — suitable for those seeking flexible work

You will:

- Prepare the examination venue and verify examination materials before each session

- Check candidate identity against the roster using valid photo ID, and maintain a signed candidate register

- Conduct security checks of candidates before entry and upon re-entry from breaks

- Provide continuous supervision of the examination room throughout each session

- Identify and prevent prohibited items from entering the examination room

- Manage candidate rest breaks according to programme requirements

- Identify, manage, and report candidate misconduct or examination irregularities in writing

- Collect and account for all examination materials at the end of each session

- Complete and submit required reports and documentation promptly

- Attend the pre-assignment briefing for each session

REQUIREMENTS:

- Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid work pass

- Able to stay alert and attentive for extended periods

- High level of integrity, impartiality, and professionalism

- Comfortable following structured procedures and completing written reports

- Presentable; able to maintain professional/smart casual attire

- No conflict of interest with candidates sitting for the examination

- Prior invigilation, education, or customer service experience an advantage — training provided

- Flexible availability; punctual and reliable

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Engagement is on an independent contractor (assignment) basis, not an

employment contract

- Fees declared by the 15th of each month are paid on the 18th of the same month

- No minimum assignments or fees guaranteed; assignments may be accepted or declined
