Junior Broker

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing timely and accurate broking services to clients
• Business development into prospective clients for the USD Interest Rate Swaps desk
• Sales and client relationship management with existing and prospective clients
• Manage and execute client order properly through system in accordance with Company policies
• Calculate dealing prices, compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
• Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries
• Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers

Job Requirements:

• Fluent communication in English is required
• Prior broking experience within an inter dealer brokerage firm is required
• Prior broking experience on interest rates products are a definite advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well under pressure
