6 Months Locum Counselling Case Manager | 3 days/week | University | $24/hour #NKA

Location: Kent Ridge

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (3 days per week)

Salary: Up to $24/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage student cases and provide appropriate follow-up support.
• Provide crisis management, intervention and support for students in distress.
• Conduct initial mental health and needs screenings to assess students’ concerns and support required.
• Provide psychoeducation and share information on available mental health and counselling services.
• Refer and connect students to appropriate internal or external resources based on their needs.
• Advocate for students’ mental health and well-being.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or related field.
• Able to conduct risk assessments and provide appropriate intervention and support.
• Able to manage complex and potentially at-risk cases.
• Able to commit at least 2 full days per week.
• 3 years’ experience in mental health or community case management is an advantage.
