CROV SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated CROV Supervisor to lead and oversee offshore ROV operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and successful execution of ROV activities while maintaining compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all offshore CROV/ROV operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient deployment, operation, and recovery of ROV systems.
• Lead and manage ROV personnel onboard vessels and offshore installations.
• Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Monitor ROV performance and operational efficiency.
• Liaise with clients, vessel management, project managers, and offshore personnel.
• Ensure all maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities are properly executed.
• Maintain operational logs, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ROV pilots and technicians.
• Participate in project planning, mobilization, and demobilization activities.
