Sales Admin Assistant

Company Overview

Chun Hong Food Industries Pte Ltd, established in 2014, supplies goods to stalls, restaurants and offers contract manufacturing. With ISO 22000 certification, it specializes in food processing including cutting, marination, cooking, and high-temperature sterilization.

Job Summary

Support sales operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, issuing invoices, maintaining records, and controlling inventory to ensure smooth and accurate sales administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone to provide accurate information and support
• Process purchase orders efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Issue sales invoices and verify order details for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records for reporting and tracking
• Manage inventory control by updating stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
• Participate in on-the-job training for online and offline systems to improve work efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google tools to support administrative tasks
• Ability to read and understand Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers
• Experience or familiarity with Dynamics and Mevo systems to enhance system operations

Other Information

• Location: Senoko (Few bus stops from Woodlands North MRT Station - TE1)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Can be discuss)
• Working Days: 5 or 6 days/week (Rest Day on Saturday)
• Note: Lunch Provided
