About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Investment Consultant to provide investment guidance and financial solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' financial objectives, developing suitable investment strategies and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' financial goals, investment objectives and risk profiles.
• Provide information and guidance on suitable investment and financial products.
• Develop personalised investment strategies based on clients' needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client consultations, presentations and investment reviews.
• Monitor market developments, economic trends and investment opportunities.
• Review clients' portfolios and provide appropriate recommendations where required.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and client engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet individual and team sales or business development targets.
• Ensure all client interactions and recommendations comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in investment consulting, wealth management, financial advisory, banking or sales.
• Strong interest in investments and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
• Relevant financial services qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
