Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

To welcome, smile and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude and willingness to serve, prioritizing customer services above all other tasks

To possess good product knowledge in order to be able to advise the customer in an optimal and precise manner

To be able to serve multiple customers simultaneously and offer excellent service to all of them

To provide support by maintaining an optimal store image that is attractive to customers at all times

YOUR CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in lifestyle

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.

Positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high operational standards.

Comfortable achieving sales targets while providing honest and personalised recommendations.

Experience using retail POS systems will be an advantage.

Well versed in spoken and written English.

Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
