Freight Sales Support Executive

Our esteemed client in the Transportation/ Logistics industry is seeking a Freight Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Freight Sales Support Executive
• Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly freight rates to assigned customers.
• Handle ad-hoc rate enquiries from existing customers and overseas partners.
• Support the Sales team in preparing freight quotations and coordinating shipment requirements with Operations.
• Followup on import, export and cross-border shipment quotations, including customer feedback and rate negotiations with overseas partners.
• Coordinate confirmed shipments with the Operations team, ensuring the necessary shipment details and documentation are provided for smooth handover.
• Review agent invoices and freight costs to support accurate billing and shipment arrangements.
• Check freight costs and selling rates to assist the Operations team in selecting suitable carriers for bookings.
• Prepare periodic KPI reports and provide updates to key customers.
• Liaise closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth shipment coordination.

JobRequirements:

• At least NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics pricing/ procurement or a related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
