Aesthetics Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls and attend to inquiries
• Perform aesthetics therapist duties for the patient’s face and body
• Schedule appointments for patients & update system
• Assist doctor during procedures
• Handle payment and dispense of medicine
• Check & replenish stock when needed
• Other duties as instructed by the doctor and management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience with Aesthetic experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
• Able to establish and maintain a positive rapport with colleagues
• PC Literate (Basic MS Word & Excel)
• ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, able to converse in English
