Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electricity-related products and services at designated locations to businesses
- Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Explain offers clearly and guide customers through the sign-up or purchase process
- Work closely with backend support teams to ensure smooth post-sales fulfilment
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level, or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail sales or outdoor sales is an advantage
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work towards targets
- Willing to work at different locations across Singapore
