Teacher Aide #Ubi

Working hour

• Monday to Friday: 7 am to 1.30 pm or 7 am to 4 pm

Key Roles

• Supervise Canteen during recess and lunch

• Look after pupils in classes/CCAs without teachers

• After-school dismissal duty at main gate

• Prepare teaching resources, scan Optical Answer Sheets

• Assist in Prelims and PSLE duties

• Assist in P1 Orientation admin duties

• Collate and place food orders for exam standardisation exercises

• Assist in counting and packing resources

• Data entry duties as assigned

• Any other duties assigned by the school

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
