Senior Technical Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead technicians during their shifts in carrying out preventive maintenance, facilities and building works.
• Ensure contractual obligations under the Service Agreements are complied with.
• Coordinate and supervise contractor works.
• Ensure contractor performance complies with the relevant Service Level Agreements.
• Implement the quality maintenance programme.
• Comply with statutory and government requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of the building and M&E systems.
• Ensure installations are maintained in compliance with building and statutory requirements.
• Manage building risk, safety and security.
• Ensure works comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and authority requirements.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Built Environment.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience.
