Communications Specialist

The Communications Specialist role supports a MNC bank with the execution of client communications and day-to-day campaign operations across digital platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of campaigns and client-facing communications while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Standard business hours (Monday to Friday), with flexibility to support critical campaign launches, business priorities, and stakeholder requests as needed.

This role is a 6-month maternity cover position supporting the Singapore Client Lifecycle team.

• The successful candidate will help manage client communications and campaign execution across digital channels, ensuring communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.
• The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, digital platforms, product and other business partners.
• The team operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance, and tracking of campaign deliverables.
• Perform fulfilment activities and data validation checks to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and communication outputs are accurate and complete.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of working experience. Those without experience but with relevant internships in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations may also be considered.
• Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications, Financial Services/FinTech preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft suite – Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
