Senior M&E Manager — Permanent

Location: North Region

We are looking for an experienced lead to manage building system installations at our Northern site. This role offers the chance to oversee critical technical projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Manage a team of inspectors and plan daily site duties

• Ensure all technical work meets safety and contract standards

• Resolve design issues and review contractor plans for accuracy

• Monitor project progress to keep work on schedule

• Must have 10+ years of building services engineering experience

• Requires a recognized degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
