About this job
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end customer implementation projects for global freight forwarding solutions covering air, ocean, road, and rail transportation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, Legal, and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth and effective project implementation.
Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into clear and standardized SOPs/eSOPs to ensure accurate and consistent operational execution.
Partner with IT teams on eSolutions and system development, including business requirement gathering, SIT/UAT coordination, issue resolution, system deployment, and post-go-live support.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, dependencies, and change requests to ensure projects are delivered effectively and within agreed timelines.
Provide regular project updates and facilitate review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Develop and deliver operational and system training for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and compliance with established SOPs/eSOPs.
Provide post-implementation support and governance to maintain operational compliance, process consistency, and service quality across regional and global stations.
Monitor operational KPIs, facilitate business review meetings, and analyze performance trends to support account management and enhance customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, service quality enhancement, and customer EDI integration across global and regional operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations, key account management, project implementation, business process improvement, or logistics-related roles.
Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and road freight operations, supply chain processes, and logistics systems implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Strong business acumen with good change management capabilities, ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across different countries, functions, and organizational levels.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of CargoWise, SAP, TRAX, EDI integration, or logistics-related digital and AI solutions will be an added advantage.
