Marketing Development Executive (Engineering Solutions)

We are seeking a proactive, technically inclined Marketing Development Executive to drive brand presence,technical engagement, and solution awareness among keystakeholders—specifically engineering consultants, main contractors, andproperty developers.

In this role, you will bridge technicalengineering concepts with tactical marketing, positioning our engineeringsolutions early in the design and planning phases of commercial buildings andmanufacturing plants across Singapore and Malaysia.

Technical Specification &Consultant Engagement

● Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and product briefings toM&E consultants, civil engineers, and facility developers.

● Position our engineering systems into early-stage project designsand tender specifications for commercial and industrial developments.

● Act as the technical marketing point of contact, answeringpreliminary design inquiries and coordinating with internal engineering teamsfor complex solutions.

Market Development & Lead Generation

● Identify upcoming industrial and commercial project developmentsacross Singapore and Malaysia through market research and industryintelligence.

● Establish and manage partnerships, agency agreements, and localrepresentative networks across key regional territories to expand marketcoverage and accelerate lead generation.

● Build and nurture strategic relationships with decision-makers,architectural firms, M&E consultancies, and property developers.

● Map key market trends, sustainability/green building regulations(e.g., BCA Green Mark, GBI Malaysia), and industrial expansion hubs (e.g.,regional industrial parks, semiconductor).

Technical Content &Campaign Execution

● Translate complex engineering specifications into engaging marketingmaterials, case studies and presentation decks.

● Organize and execute technical workshops, trade exhibitions, anddigital webinars targeted at industry professionals.

● Manage regional digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, emailcampaigns) focused on B2B engineering decision-makers.

Cross-Border & RegionalSupport

● Coordinate regional marketing initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring localized alignment with market standards and regulatorycompliance.

● Support the sales team with lead handover, project tracking, andcompetitor analysis.

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diplomain Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or arelated technical discipline.

● Experience: 1–3 years of experience intechnical marketing, business development, or specification sales in theconstruction, industrial, or M&E sectors. Fresh graduates with strongtechnical communication skills are encouraged to apply.

● Industry Knowledge: Basic understandingof commercial building services, industrial plant utilities, or infrastructuresystems.

● Skills:

○ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability toexplain technical products to non-technical audiences.

○ Proficiency in drafting technical presentations and marketingcollateral (MS PowerPoint).

● Mobility: Willingness to travelperiodically between Singapore and Malaysia for site meetings, seminars, andindustry events. Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highlypreferred.
