Account Executive (Technical Sales) — AMK

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts for calibration solutions
• Find new sales opportunities and grow business from existing customers
• Develop sales plans and strategies
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners
• Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations and PO processing
• Coordinate calibration jobs with in-house teams and subcontractors
• Work with calibration and distribution partners on customer requirements
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and products
• Follow up with customers on equipment due for calibration and recalibration
• Prepare sales forecasts and secured order reports
• Address customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Preferably 5 years of experience in sales or marketing
• Good knowledge of the test and measurement industry
• Experience in complex solutions / systems sales
• Experience in sales negotiation and dealing with large organisations
• Technical and/or services background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
• Good communication and customer relationship skills
