Onsite Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support for end-user devices, applications, and IT services.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including: New user account provisioning, Microsoft 365 license assignment, Device preparation and deployment, Access management and user deactivation, Asset issuance and recovery
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services: Outlook, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Applications
• Manage user accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide support for meeting rooms, audiovisual (AV) equipment, and collaboration technologies, including: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Video conferencing system, Projectors and display screens, Audio systems and microphones, Room scheduling panels
• Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational and provide real-time support during executive and business-critical meetings.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and end-user application issues.
• Maintain accurate incident and service request records within the ITSM platform.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution and project implementation.
• Support IT asset inventory management and lifecycle processes.

Preferred / Good to have

• VIP / Executive Support experience, providing white-glove support to senior management and C-level executives.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV solutions.
• Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
• ITIL and Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
