Senior Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services (Payment Team) #HGAT

Location: One north

Contract duration: 3 Months

Salary: $2700-3000

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform HR-related payment processing activities (e.g. payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain proper documentation and records.

• Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures.

• Follow established guidelines, policies and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out HR processing tasks.

• Monitor assigned tasks to ensure service standards are met and highlight any delays or operational issues.

• Liaise with internal teams, administrators or external stakeholders when required to obtain missing information or clarification.

Requirements

* Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.

* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.

* Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.

* Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.

* IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data.
