ILS & RAM Engineer — Tuas

Responsibilities

• Perform Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analysis and prepare reports
• Review and analyse service, maintenance and fault reports
• Analyse maintenance and operational data
• Prepare and maintain ILS analysis reports, maintenance reports and technical documents
• Prepare and update maintenance manuals, SOPs and work instructions
• Track equipment obsolescence and prepare related reports
• Prepare and submit documents for audits
• Work closely with the operations team on daily service arrangements
• Work with relevant stakeholders on equipment and system support activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience in one or more of the following: Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, System Support Engineering, or Equipment / System Support Engineering
• Knowledge of RAM concepts
• Experience analysing maintenance and operational data
• Understanding of maintenance management and lifecycle support
• Able to interpret technical reports and engineering data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good technical writing and communication skills
• Able to work independently and work with multiple stakeholders
• Singapore Citizen
