HR Executive (Generalist)

Location: Pasir Ris
Salary: Up to $3,800/month
Contract: 1 Year Contract, subject to renewal
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Handle recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, confirmation and other HR administration matters.
• Manage Work Permit and employment-related applications, renewals and documentation where required.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation.
• Manage and monitor leave, attendance and employee records in accordance with company policies.
• Support payroll-related HR administration and provide accurate employee information for payroll processing.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide timely support on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Prepare HR reports, letters and documentation for management review and internal requirements.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full-spectrum HR experience.
• Good knowledge of day-to-day HR operations and employment administration.
• Experience handling Work Permit applications will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
