Operation Executive, Airfreight Import (Freight Forwarding / East / MNC)

• Basic UP$4200 + Allowances

• Company located at Changi Airfreight Centre

• Working hours: 5.5 Days: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-6pm, Alternate Saturday half day

• Well Established MNC Freight Forwarding Company

Job Scope

• To execute import shipments process in an efficient and effective manner.
• Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
• Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic
• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents);
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 1 -3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
