Operate hydraulic excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites while maintaining productivity and adapting to extended work hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic excavators following safety standards and legal requirements to ensure safe machinery use
Perform physically demanding construction tasks to support project progress and maintain productivity during peak operational hours
Adapt work schedule to include extended hours or overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
Sustain strong physical stamina and resilience to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume job site environment

Required competencies and certifications

Possess a valid Hydraulic Excavator Operation certificate to operate machinery safely and legally
Ability to perform physically demanding construction tasks and maintain high productivity during peak operational hours
Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime as required to meet project deadlines
Strong physical stamina and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume job site environment
