Office Instructor (Service Sales & Business Operations Support)

About the role

The Office Instructor – (Service Sales & Business Operations Support) is responsible for delivering staff training, supporting service operations, and assisting the sales team with documentation and customer coordination. This role ensures smooth workflow across service, sales, and office functions while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for service, sales, and operations staff.

• Develop training materials, SOP guides, and competency modules.

• Evaluate staff competency and provide corrective coaching.

• Maintain training attendance, records, and competency tracking.

• Coordinate daily service job scheduling and manpower allocation.

• Prepare job sheets, service reports, calibration documents, and operational forms.

• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and compliant job execution.

• Assist in preparing quotations, service proposals, and renewal packages.

• Handle customer enquiries on pricing, scheduling, and service details.

• Manage documentation, filing systems, and operational correspondence.

About you

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, or related field.

• Experience in training, service coordination, or sales support preferred.

• Strong communication, documentation, and organisational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic operational systems.
